Directions:
HAIR CARE For daily use, apply a generous amount of Jamaican Mango & Lime® Jamaican Black Castor Oil – Original to your roots and scalp. Massage into scalp with fingertips to rejuvenate scalp and replenish hair’s moisture.
EYELASHES Dip clean mascara wand into Jamaican Mango & Lime® Jamaican Black Castor Oil – Original. Shake off excess oil from wand. Apply the oil to top and bottom lash line. Leave on overnight and remove in the morning. EDGE CARE Using the tip of a finger, massage the Jamaican Mango & Lime® Jamaican Black Castor Oil – Original along the hair’s edge line. Repeat as needed.

Returns Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (T & C Apply). Please note that items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them. To be eligible for a return, you will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@true.co.ke to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect product. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. Please note that the refund amount will not include any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.
Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to most locations within Kenya. Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship your items within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and our order volume, but we generally expect orders to be delivered within 1-3 business days for local deliveries and 2-5 business days for other regions.
We currently offer free delivery within Nairobi for orders over KES 3,000. For orders below this amount or for deliveries outside Nairobi, shipping fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
